2. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned within 5 - 7 days after deleivery.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

3. How to Return an Item

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to return your item:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  3. The customer would need to ship the product to the given address.
  4. Package the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
